The wireless technology of the VE.Smart Network, based on Bluetooth, enables a seamless and reliable connection between the Smart Battery Sense and one or more Solar Chargers. This means you can simultaneously transmit information to multiple Solar Chargers connected to the same 12V, 24V, or 48V battery bank, making your charging process even more efficient.

Easy Installation

We understand the importance of a hassle-free installation process. The Victron Smart Battery Sense offers a simple, quick, and tidy installation experience. You can easily connect the unit to your battery terminals using the included ring terminals. The Battery Sense unit itself attaches directly onto the battery body using its self-adhesive strip.

Enhanced Charge Controller Programming

The Smart Battery Sense complements your SmartSolar MPPT Charge Controllers, particularly for LiFePO4 batteries that lack low-temperature protection. This means you can program your charge controller to stop charging below a set temperature, providing an additional layer of protection for your batteries.

Please Note: The Victron Smart Battery Sense is not necessary for systems equipped with either a Cerbo GX or BMV-712 with a temperature sensor.
