Description

IntegraRack IR-15 BallastRack™ Solar Module Racking System

The IR-15 is the fastest and easiest ground mounting system available and allows for modules of any size to be racked at a fixed 15° for optimal year-round energy production. This system can be mounted almost anywhere with its four available mounting options and is strong enough to withstand wind speeds of up to 150 miles per hour.

– Fast Assembly & Install

  • 2-minute assembly per IR-15 Frame
  • Installation as fast as 10 minutes per module
  • No earth augers, no concrete, and no post ponding required
  • Only one main frame component is required between each solar module to complete the entire ground mount system

– Universal Mounting

Four Mounting Options:

  • IR EarthBallast™ Kit – Uses fast-setting epoxy to adhere geotextile material to IR-15 Frames and earth fill over for a fast-ballasted system
  • IR AnchorSpike™ Kit – Mount IR-15 Frames by clamping the base tubes around specially designed anchor spikes that provide easy off-the-ground leveling
  • Concrete Lag Bolt Kit – Bolt the IR-15 Frames directly to any concrete surface (concrete pad, footings, or patios)
  • Base Ballasting – Hold IR-15 Frames in place using flat water tanks or concrete curb stops

– Most Cost Effective Ground Mounted Solar System

  • One of the lowest cost per kW ground mount racking systems on the market
  • Traditional ground mount solar racking systems take 6x longer to install and are much more labor-intensive
  • Capable of racking modules of up to 700 Watts

– High-Strength Engineered & Tested

  • Extensively engineered and outdoor lab tested with simulated real-world wind and snow load conditions
  • Build entirely from aircraft grade 6061 T6 aluminum with stainless steel mounting brackets
  • Capable of withstanding up to wind loads of up to 150 mph and snow loads of up to 100 pounds per sq ft (click manufacturers resources link below for detailed Datasheets)
  • A strong, simple “U” shaped design provides amazing strength

– Unprecedented Versatility

  • Fixed 15° angle for optimal year-round energy production and excellent snow-shedding capabilities
  • Up to 2 feet of ground clearance
  • Adjustable solar module height
  • Portrait solar module mounting for easy wiring
  • The Base Tubes of each IR-15 Frame are designed to clamp around and bite into IR anchor spikes or concrete stakes for easy leveling and increased hold-down strength.

– Included Hardware:

  • (1) IR-15 Base Tube
  • (1) IR-15 Long Leg
  • (1) IR-15 Short Leg
  • (4) 5/16-18 x 3.5″ Carriage Bolts
