The EG4 LifePower4 V2 Battery has a 99% Efficiency for LiFeP04 16-cell pack. With more energy density in a smaller design, the LifePower4 battery is meant to last up to 10 years. It has 2 positive and negative terminals that can accept up to 4-AWG compression lugs. This battery is perfect for residential and off-grid systems that need a cheaper battery with CANBUS communication.

Description

The EG4 LifePower4 V2 Lithium Battery is rated for 100Ah with a design life of 10-20 years. With a built-in BMS, it has voltage, current, temperature, and health management. The V2 comes with rapid shutdown both via EG4 inverters and an external button. This newer version also comes with CANBUS communication and remote updating via any EG4 inverter with communication. This battery has a 3.5U design, allowing it to fit into a variety of different racking applications. With a 10-year warranty, these batteries are rated to have a cycle life of 10-20 years.

The Version 2 LifePower4 battery has better communication abilities with a new CANBMS communication port as well as more dip switch ports. With the dip switches, it allows up to 64 of these batteries to be paralleled. These batteries also can communicate with any EG4 inverters allowing rapid shutdown control from the inverter. Overall it is an upgrade to the original design still at a low price.
