If you recently purchased or already own an EG4 inverter and are trying to connect the WiFi or hardwired ethernet modem to the web monitoring platform, then you will be prompted for a customer code during the connection process. For inverters purchased through us (Current Connected), then you will want to use the customer code “Current Connected including the space in the middle. Using our customer code allows us access to view your system vitals and provide assistance on the setup of the inverter – without using our code, we are unable to login and view your system.

IF YOU DID NOT PURCHASE THIS THROUGH CURRENT CONNECTED, PLEASE USE CODE FROM PLACE OF PURCHASE. IF YOU USE OUR CODE INSTEAD, IT CAUSES ISSUES WITH YOUR ACCOUNT THAT RESULTS IN THE NEED FOR ACCOUNT DELETION AND THE NEED FOR REINSTALLATION.
