At the core/heart of modern EG4 inverters is an extensive web-based monitoring platform that shows data of every aspect of the inverter and allows access to the massive list of settings from anywhere in the world.  While most users will utilize this monitoring platform, not every system can take advantage of these features that require connectivity to the internet especially if they are in a very remote location.  Some users are also worried that remote connectivity is a vulnerability of their system.  EG4 FlexBOSS inverters are a modular solution, so this screen kit allows access to the inverters when web connectivity is no good.  Typically installed in the wiring compartment.
