Do you offer local pickup?

Please call us at +1 (725) 699-0100 or email us at [email protected] to arrange a local pick-up. Please note that ALL pickups must be scheduled 48 or more hours in advance. There is a $200 dock fee, regardless of reason or order size. You must arrive with an appropriate vehicle with sufficient space for the expected products. We will refuse your pick-up if you are not adequately prepared. An additional dock fee will be assessed if a second pickup is required.

When will my order ship?

Orders ship daily between 8 am – 5 pm, Monday through Friday, in the order they were received. There is no priority given to larger or custom orders.

How long does it take to ship?

We accept orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Orders typically ship 24-48 hours after business starts on the first day of business each week. This means orders placed after 5 pm on Friday will ship the following Monday or Tuesday. Orders placed on Monday through Friday before noon are often shipped the same day. Please note that during exceptionally high order volume periods, order shipping may face short delays.

Can you ship to a location out of the continental US?

We do not offer shipping outside of the continental or contiguous United States (lower 48 states). For customers in Canada or Alaska, we recommend Curious Campervans and for Hawaiian customers, Solar Architect. If you are a distributor outside of the continental or contiguous United States, please email [email protected] to get added to our recommended foreign distributors list so we can refer customers to you!

I do not see options for shipping to me, what do I do?

Can you ship to Hawaii or Alaska?

We have suspended all shipping to Hawaii & Alaska. You may arrange your own HAZMAT shipping from our warehouse, FOB (free on board) Origin. Email [email protected] if you would like to do this.

Is there any way the shipping cost can be reduced?

On occasion, we offer “Free Shipping” events as a way of reducing costs for our customers, especially during the holiday season. However, we are unable to maintain this full-time. Otherwise, unless something is problematic or especially unique, we cannot reduce shipping costs as they are managed by third-party companies like USPS and FedEx.

Do you have any recommended installers?

We are in the process of establishing an installers list. If you would like to be added to our recommended installers list, please email [email protected] with the heading “(Your Name / Company Name) Installers List Query.

Do you offer wiring diagrams?

We will happily provide the documentation/diagrams in the manufacturer’s literature; however, we do not provide customized diagrams corresponding to the parts you ordered. Please consult your installer for additional help determining how to wire your system.

Can I get my battery shipped to me faster?

All lithium batteries (LiFePO4 included) must be shipped via Freight or Ground shipping. Typical delivery time in the US for in-stock batteries is 5-7 business days. Due to federal shipping restrictions, lithium batteries cannot be shipped overnight or express. The USPS does not allow batteries to be shipped to Post Office boxes (PO Boxes). Please use a street address serviceable by FedEx or UPS for your shipping address.

Do you offer Military, Senior, or other status-based discounts?

We do our best to take care of our customers to the best of our ability every single day, and that includes how we price our products. We maintain the best prices available while maintaining compliance with our vendors, the law, and ethical business practices. Therefore we do not offer status or company-affiliated discounts. Instead, we provide member prices that are accessible to everyone. Simply register on our website to receive immediate savings opportunities.

Do I need to work with the same representative so they can get a commission on my purchase?

Our team is committed to helping you through your project during the ordering process and long after. Maintaining contact with the same associate throughout the process is not always possible. We strive to keep you connected with the same associate each time we make contact to keep those familiar with each project available. Rest assured that if you end up working with a representative different from the person you started, they are equipped to handle your situation with the quality and individuality you can expect. A change in associates does not alter compensation for our team

How do I know if you received my order?

Upon placing an order, our order system sends a confirmation email to the address provided. Check your inbox and spam folder for the confirmation email. Contact us at [email protected] for custom orders or assistance ordering.

I am seeing taxes on my order when I am tax-exempt. Why?

I paid for my order, but I haven’t gotten a receipt.

After payment has been received and your order has been processed, our order system will send an update email with instructions and your order update. If something has gone wrong with your payment or if you have not received the described email, please contact [email protected]. Additionally, please contact [email protected] if you wish to use a bank wire to pay for your order, even if you have done so previously.
